1. Ownership and Copyright

All course materials — including videos, PDFs, workbooks, templates, voice recordings, scripts, images, and any associated downloads — are the sole intellectual property of Tipsy Artist LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You receive a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, sell, resell, sublicense, reproduce, republish, or distribute any portion of the course materials in any form.

• Post, upload, or transmit any part of the content on websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.

• Re-brand, teach, or incorporate any part of this content into your own paid program or course without written consent from Tipsy Artist LLC.

Violation of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action for damages.

2. Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive instant digital access to 40 training videos and 40 downloadable PDF workbooks via email and/or your student portal.

All files are hosted and delivered through verified secure platforms.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact Tiffany@TipsyArtist.com — we guarantee successful delivery of your digital purchase.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because this is a 100% digital product with immediate access to all materials, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued under any circumstance once delivery is complete.

4. Lifetime Access

You will retain lifetime access to your digital downloads and streaming content, provided that Tipsy Artist LLC continues to maintain the course platform.

It is your responsibility to download and safely store your materials for long-term use.

5. Technology Disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access, device storage, and compatible software to view and download materials.

Tipsy Artist LLC is not responsible for technical issues caused by your personal hardware, network, or device configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

All course content is provided “as is.”

Tipsy Artist LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific earnings or results. Individual success depends on your own skills, effort, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipsy Artist LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Logan County, Oklahoma.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase and accessing the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this document.
