Credit Policy
CREDIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: February 28, 2026
All class registrations with Tipsy Artist® are final. We maintain a NO REFUND, CREDIT-ONLY policy for all in-person classes, workshops, and event registrations.
By registering for a class, you agree to the terms below.
Proof of Registration
Your emailed receipt serves as your proof of registration and confirms your reserved seat in the class.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

Eligible cancellations will receive a Tipsy Artist class credit equal to the original registration amount.

Credits may be applied toward a future open-to-the-public class of equal or lesser value.

Credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to:
Requests made through social media platforms (including Facebook or Instagram messages or comments) will not be accepted or validated.
No-Shows
Guests who:
-
Fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and
-
Do not attend their scheduled class
will be considered no-shows.
No-shows forfeit their registration and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Illness or Family Emergency
In cases of illness or family emergency, we may grant a one-time courtesy credit at our discretion.
You must notify us by email prior to the scheduled class start time.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in the registration being classified as a no-show.
Weather, Travel & Venue Issues
If a class is canceled by Tipsy Artist® due to:

Inclement weather
-
Instructor illness
-
Travel complications
-
Venue unavailability
-
Low enrollment
-
Circumstances beyond our control
Your registration will be converted into a class credit valid for a future class of equal or lesser value.
We do not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Class Attendance Minimum
Due to staffing, supply preparation, and travel requirements, Tipsy Artist® reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met.
For travel classes, minimum enrollment requirements may include:

Ten (10) participants per hour of travel time, or
-
A minimum revenue threshold determined by the event agreement.
If Tipsy Artist® cancels a class due to low enrollment, all paid registrations will receive a class credit applicable to any future open-to-the-public class.
Credits issued due to company cancellation will not expire.
No refunds will be issued.
Private Events
Private event bookings may be governed by a separate written contract or invoice agreement.
Deposits for private events are non-refundable.
Rescheduling of private events is subject to availability and written approval.
Artwork Usage Rights
All artwork created during a Tipsy Artist® class is for personal use only.
Participants may not:

Reproduce the artwork for resale

Teach the design as their own
-
Mass-produce or commercially exploit the design
All designs remain the intellectual property of Tipsy Artist® and Tiffany Bohrer.
Online Registrations & Services
All class registrations purchased online are final.
No refunds.
Credit only.
