Credit Policy

CREDIT POLICY

*All Online Registrations are Final. 


**YOUR EMAILED CLASS TUITION RECEIPT is what you show to enter art class. - Return Policy: ****CREDIT ONLY POLICY!

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of class time are subject only to a Tipsy Artist credit of equal or lesser value. Cancellation Communication must be made by email to info@tipsyartist.com Cancellations via Facebook  will not be validated. 

Guests who do not provide 48 hours notice with rescheduling requests and who do not show up are considered "no shows" and forfeit their purchase with no option for refund or credit.

While we do make a special exception with illness or family emergency with the 48 hours, please contact our office via email prior to your scheduled class in order to not be listed as a "no show"

Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be given credits for another class of equal or lesser value. 


*If Venue becomes unavailable for any reason, your class will still be good as a credit for a future class with Tipsy Artist. We have a firm NO Refund Policy and a Credit Only Policy. 


*Customer agrees that any painting created at a Tipsy Artist class is for personal use only and NOT for resale. 
Online Services: All Class services purchased online are final.  NO Refunds or Returns.

*Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel classes if attendance is below ten (10) attendees per hour of travel time with specific class location.  All paid class tuition purchases will receive a credit to any future Tipsy Artist Class that has no expiration.  No Refunds will be given.
