CREDIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

All online class registrations are final. Tipsy Artist maintains a strict NO REFUND, CREDIT-ONLY policy.

Proof of Registration

Your emailed class tuition receipt serves as your proof of registration and must be presented for class entry.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time are eligible for a Tipsy Artist class credit of equal or lesser value.

• All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to info@tipsyartist.com.

• Cancellation requests made through social media platforms (including Facebook or Instagram) will not be accepted or validated.

No-Shows

• Guests who fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice and do not attend their scheduled class are considered no-shows.

• No-shows forfeit their registration and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Illness or Family Emergency

• In the event of illness or a family emergency, we may make a one-time exception at our discretion, provided you notify our office by email prior to your scheduled class time.

• Failure to notify us in advance may result in the registration being classified as a no-show.

Weather & Venue Issues

• Classes canceled by Tipsy Artist due to inclement weather will receive a class credit for a future class of equal or lesser value.

• If a venue becomes unavailable for any reason, your registration will be converted to a Tipsy Artist class credit.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Class Attendance Minimum

• Due to staffing and travel requirements, Tipsy Artist reserves the right to cancel a class if attendance falls below ten (10) participants per hour of travel time to the class location.

• In the event of a class cancellation by Tipsy Artist, all paid registrations will receive a non-expiring class creditapplicable to any future Tipsy Artist class.

• No refunds will be issued.

Artwork Usage Rights

• By participating in a Tipsy Artist class, you agree that any artwork created during the class is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or resold.

Online Services

All class services and registrations purchased online are final.
No refunds or returns. Credit only.
