All Sales are Final.  No Refunds.  We never want you to miss out on a wonderful learning experience with the Tipsy Artist class so we have a friendly & firm CREDIT ONLY POLICY.

*All Class Registrations are Final.  No Refunds. 

*All Private Class Registration Payments and Deposits are Final & Non-Refundable

and can only be used as a credit towards a future private class.  


**YOUR EMAILED CLASS REGISTRATION RECEIPT IS ALL YOU NEED TO PRESENT AT THE CLASS - Return Policy: ****CREDIT ONLY POLICY! Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of class time are subject only to a Tipsy Artist credit of equal or lesser value. Cancellation Communication must be made by email

*Cancellations via Facebook Wall Posts or on any other social media account will not be validated. 
ART CLASSES cancelled due to inclement weather will be given credits

for another class registration of equal or lesser value. 
*If Location Venue becomes unavailable for any reason, your ART INSTRUCTION CLASS REGISTRATION CREDITS will still be good as a credit for a future CLASS with Tipsy Artist at available locations.

We have a firm NO Refund Policy and we can only provide a Credit Only Policy.  Please do not write to request a refund.  We only offer credits.  This policy is clearly posted on every class registration or product page and we appreciate your cooperation with honoring your agreement with purchase.  
 

Refund policy with Mailed Art, Merchandise or Painting Kits 

Returns or Exchanges
Prior to ordering, please be sure to select the correct size for your space and the appropriate style for your décor, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. We make the art specifically for you based on your size and style selections. As a small, family business, we don't have a warehouse to store products and cannot process returns or exchanges for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your order! No Returns.  No Refunds.  All Sales are final. 

Changing Orders in Process
We start production on each product immediately when it is purchased based on the exact details of your order. We do not have the ability to cancel or change product details (piece, size, style, frame, etc.) after your order is placed. Please be certain of size and style details before placing your order. 

Guarantee / Damaged Product Replacement
We guarantee your order will arrive in wonderful condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, please email us photos to info@TipsyArtist.com so we can begin the process of replacing your order with a new version of the same product. Damage with Photos must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery.  We insure every shipment with Priority Mail Insurance. Photos are needed for Claims. 

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We estimate 1-2 weeks for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get your order to you even quicker if possible. Certain custom Items may take just a bit longer. Once an order is received, we do not have the ability to delay shipping or time the delivery to occur on a certain date. *Custom Private Commission may have production times varying from 4-6 weeks.  Please see your shipping and prep time on each product description.
