All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our artwork, merchandise, and painting kits, all sales are final.
Before placing your order, please carefully review your size, style, framing, and design selections. Each item is created specifically based on the details you provide at checkout. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Tipsy Artist is a small, family-owned business and does not maintain inventory or warehouse stock. Once an item is produced, it cannot be resold or restocked.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Production begins immediately upon purchase using the exact specifications submitted with your order.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change any product details, including (but not limited to):

Customization details
Please be certain of all selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items & Replacement Policy
We guarantee your order will arrive in excellent condition.
In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping:

Please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@TipsyArtist.com

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Photos are required to process a replacement and shipping insurance claim
Once damage is verified, we will replace your order with the same item at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged items.
All shipments are insured through Priority Mail Insurance.
Shipping & Production Time
Shipping timelines vary based on the item ordered.

Most products require approximately 1–2 weeks for production and shipping

Certain custom or specialty items may require additional production time

Private custom commissions may require 4–6 weeks for completion
Production and shipping timelines are listed on individual product descriptions when applicable.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to delay shipment or guarantee delivery by a specific date.
