SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Effective Date: February 28, 2026

Tipsy Artist® creates custom, made-to-order artwork, merchandise, painting kits, and specialty products. Because of the personalized and print-on-demand nature of our items, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES FINAL

All physical product sales are final.

This includes:

  • Original artwork

  • Art prints

  • Painting kits

  • Merchandise

  • Print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Color preference differences

  • Shipping delays

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Tipsy Artist® is a small, family-owned business. Many items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold.

No returns.
No refunds.
No exchanges.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Production begins immediately after purchase.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot:

  • Cancel the order

  • Change the artwork

  • Adjust size or framing

  • Modify customization details

  • Update shipping addresses

Please review all selections carefully before completing checkout.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS (FULFILLED BY PRINTFUL)

Certain products are fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

  • Each product is custom printed when ordered.

  • Production timelines are determined by Printful.

  • Color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Tipsy Artist® does not control Printful’s manufacturing or shipping timelines.

Print-on-demand items are not eligible for return due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing selection

  • Minor color differences

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We guarantee your order will arrive in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Email clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Photos are required for insurance and fulfillment claims.

Once verified:

  • We will issue a replacement of the same item.

  • Refunds will not be issued for damaged items.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

For Printful items, replacement approval is subject to Printful’s damage claim policies.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type.

Home Studio Fulfilled Items:

  • Typical production time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on carrier)

  • Custom commissions: 4–6 weeks

Printful Fulfilled Items:

  • Production: Typically 2–7 business days

  • Shipping: Varies by destination and carrier

Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

  • Weather

  • High holiday volume

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Home studio shipments may include carrier insurance depending on the item.

If insurance is included, damage claims must follow the documentation requirements listed above.

Tipsy Artist® is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Delays once shipment is in carrier possession

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entry.

Orders already in production cannot be modified.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of order, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and production documentation to the payment processor.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future service.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
