Chasing the Light was created as a reminder that even in life’s darkest or most uncertain seasons, there is always light worth reaching for. The sunflower standing boldly at the center of this painting symbolizes hope, resilience, and the decision to keep turning toward joy no matter what surrounds us.
As this piece came to life, each vibrant color and playful pattern became a reflection of gratitude — a celebration of choosing faith over fear and beauty over discouragement. The hearts woven throughout the garden represent love, compassion, and the quiet strength that grows when we remain thankful for what we have while trusting for what is still to come.
The wild patterns and fearless colors are intentional reminders that life does not have to be perfect to be beautiful. Sometimes the brightest growth comes after the hardest seasons. Sometimes joy becomes the bravest thing we choose.
