• Artwork can be replaced if printing errors or shipping damage occurs. All artwork is printed to order and non-refundable. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Artwork can be reshipped if necessary to fulfill customer satisfaction when damages or shipping loss occur.
