• Tipsy Artist is hired as the instructor
• All payments are made to the Fundraiser Host (WING IT)
• Tipsy Artist does not accept payments for this class
• Class registration credits and gift certificates cannot be applied
🚫 Policies:
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Class registrations are transferable to a friend
• If you cannot attend on February 13, 2026, please transfer your spot and notify the host of the name change
• Registrations are not transferable to other Tipsy Artist classes

This painting class is a fundraising event hosted and administered by WING IT. All class registration funds, donations, and proceeds are collected, managed, and distributed solely by the fundraiser host.
Tipsy Artist® is not the event host and does not collect or process payments, provide or sell alcohol, supply food or beverages, or oversee venue operations. Tipsy Artist® is engaged by the nonprofit organization strictly as an independent contractor to provide the painting instruction portion of the event.
Tipsy Artist® shares fundraiser information on its website and marketing platforms solely as a courtesy to support the nonprofit’s fundraising efforts. Any decisions related to alcohol service, food service, pricing, promotions, or event policies are the sole responsibility of the fundraiser host.
By participating in this event, attendees acknowledge that Tipsy Artist® bears no responsibility or liability for fundraising practices, alcohol service, venue management, or host decisions.
