**A NOTE ABOUT OUR PAINTINGS & TEMPLATES at the Tipsy Artist Class:

**Tracing Templates belong exclusively to the Tipsy Artist. They are not to leave the Tipsy Artist Class. You are only allowed to use the Tipsy Artist Templates for tracing at the class for personal use only and not for any commercial use.

You choose your templates upon arrival at the class.

We use non-toxic acrylic paint.

Please note that each painting is unique and different every time it is painted and consequently model paintings may be slightly different than what appears in photos on website.
*All Online Registrations are Final.
**YOUR EMAILED CLASS TUITION RECEIPT is what you show to enter art class. - Return Policy: ****CREDIT ONLY POLICY!

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of class time are subject only to a Tipsy Artist credit of equal or lesser value. Cancellation Communication must be made by email to info@tipsyartist.com Cancellations via Facebook will not be validated.

Guests who do not provide 48 hours notice with rescheduling requests and who do not show up are considered "no shows" and forfeit their purchase with no option for refund or credit.

Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be given credits for another class of equal or lesser value.
*If Venue becomes unavailable for any reason, your class will still be good as a credit for a future class with Tipsy Artist. We have a firm NO Refund Policy and a Credit Only Policy.
*Customer agrees that any painting created at a Tipsy Artist class is for personal use only and NOT for resale.
Online Services: All Class services purchased online are final. NO Refunds or Returns.

*Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel classes if attendance is below ten (10) attendees per hour of travel time with specific class location. All paid class tuition purchases will receive a credit to any future Tipsy Artist Class that has no expiration. No Refunds will be given.

WE WILL ALWAYS POST CANCELLATIONS ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEBSITE CLASS PAGE. WHEN BAD WEATHER OR NATIONAL EMERGENCIES ARE A POTENTIAL CONCERN, PLEASE CHECK OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND/OR WEBSITE FOR UPDATES. **If a Class is cancelled due to inclement weather or national emergencies, you will be given an automatic Credit to another Tipsy Artist Class with NO expiration date. **There are absolutely NO Refunds for cancellations due to Bad Weather or National Emergencies. We have a firm CREDIT ONLY policy.

Please Note: **An actual Weather Warning or National Emergency must be issued by a credible news source to receive Class Credit for our Bad Weather or National Emergency Policy.
Every student with a paid class tuition registration receipt or gift certificate at a Tipsy Artist Class agrees to grant Tipsy Artist LLC and any photographer or videographer working on their behalf the use of your appearance on video or in photography ("Materials") in its marketing, advertising, communications or promotions in any form, including but not limited to digital, online or in print ("Marketing Communications") in perpetuity. The use of Materials will not violate the rights of any person or any entity and will not cause Tipsy Artist LLC to incur any liability for payment to any person or entity.
