PRIVATE PARTIES - WHAT IS INCLUDED!
Private Parties are wonderful for every special occasion, corporate parties and special events. Your private party includes instruction with Celebrity "Tipsy Artist", Paint Fairies and an Ambassador of Fun. We provide the following:
Technical Equipment & Expertise:
Music, sound system, microphone, large screen, live video feed for detailed viewing of painting step by step process and complete set up with all painting supplies. *Tipsy Artist controls the music and sound.
The Tipsy Artist as your instructor, Production Manager, Paint Fairy, and Camera-man
*Ratio (at least 1 staff member per 50 painters)
We provide the use of all of our art supplies including use of aprons, easels, brushes, pencil, ruler, paper towels, buckets for water, templates/stencils, paints and 16 x 20 canvas. You keep the 16x20 canvas that you take home as a keepsake.
Table Coverings: durable & disposable black table coverings to protect all of your tables. **we do NOT provide floor or chair protection. Floor & chair covers are the responsibility of the party host/venue.
Venue must provide tables and chairs that are set up by venue or venue host. Allow 1 foot per person. Example: 6 foot rectangular table will seat 6 people and 5 foot round table will fit 6 people. *TIPSY ARTIST CAN PROVIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR 25 GUESTS FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150
Tipsy Artist Photo Op signage are set up by Tipsy Artist Staff at every event.
The classic Private Party fee includes one selection of an original Tipsy Artist painting from her gallery of paintings. You also choose your own painting or have an original custom painting designed by the Tipsy Artist for $100 additional fee.
Volume Discounts: Please also note that we do provide significant discounts when you have large volume for your event. Please contact our office for special inquiries.

PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGES:
1. Tipsy Artist Mobile Private Party
Location: *Please email us for specific inquiries.
Cost: $50 per person with 25 person minimum/less than 1 hour away.
Cost: $55 per person with 25 person minimum for travel over 1 hour away.
Cost: $60 per person with 30 person minimum for travel 2 hours away
**For travel over 2.5 hours away, please contact us for special pricing and travel arrangements.

*We do events for 1000 + PEOPLE.
Painting Size: 16x20 painting that you select from Tiffany's Paintings by request through email.
**Party space needs to be furnished with tables and chairs. Estimate one 6 foot table per 6 artists. (1 foot of table space per person)
**Tipsy Artist provides all of the canvas table coverings, easels, aprons, painting supplies and 1 portable artist table. Artist arrives 2 hours early to prep and set up the studio space.
2. TIPSY ARTIST PAINT PALACE
Cost: $45 per person
Painting Size: 16x20 painting
Minimum Head Count: 25 person minimum
**All party tables/chairs and painting supplies are furnished.
COST: $35 PER PERSON WITH 50 PERSON MINIMUM

**There is also a required signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $175 for private parties in order to secure the reservation. The deposit can be paid online or by mail or delivered to the Tipsy Artist with one check made out to Tipsy Artist with the signed contract to secure reservation. **The deposit is applied to the cost of the total package.
PRIVATE PARTY PAYMENTS: Please note that Tipsy Artist only accepts invoiced amounts for half down and then remaining balance from the Party Registrant. We do NOT accept payments from individual guests at a private party.
**If less than agreed minimum attend the session, the balance will be the responsibility of the party registrant with No Exceptions.
