IMPORTANT: Certificates are valid only at Tipsy Artist Wine & Paint Parties. Certificates are nonrefundable and have no cash value. To register for an art party using a certificate, please contact Tipsy Artist directly via email at Tiffany@TipsyArtist.com with desired class date and your Paypal Receipt #.
